About This Position
The IT/Production Technician will play a dual role in ensuring our organization's customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your role will be split evenly between Production Support and Site Technical Support responsibilities. The production support portion will include designing, documenting, and implementing configurations that satisfy both external customer requirements and internal operational standards. In the site technician portion, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering solutions and escalating issues as needed. You will be responsible for tracking and routing issues to the appropriate resources for resolution.
