Job Description
Solidus is searching for a Software Developer to join a group that develops advanced laser radar technology. The successful candidate will build, test and optimize GPU software for real-time 3D ladar processing.  This includes various airborne ladar systems and GPU development in order to meet required processing and data exploitation timelines.

Responsibilities:
- This candidate will work closely with software and algorithm developers.  Some of the required functions and scope include:
- Porting CPU code (C++, Matlab, Python) to GPU
- Optimize GPU code
- Code maintenance (refactoring, documentation and debugging)
- Feature enhancement

Requirements:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- MS plus 3 years minimum experience, or BS plus 5 years minimum experience
- Significant experience with recent GPU hardware and GPU development technologies  
- CUDA
- Developing, debugging, and optimizing GPU code
- Experience with version control systems, such as git
- Testing (regression, unit, integration)
- Languages: C/C++, Python, Matlab
