Summary:

Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR whose primary focus will be on overseeing and supporting UGLFH's IT infrastructure.  $10,000 Sign On!  

Responsibilities (including but not limited to) 

  • Maintains the operations of the IT infrastructure, including but not limited to, servers, network, phone systems, and other IT hardware and software (i.e., DHCP, DNS, 802.1x, MS Active  Directory, Group Policy, Radius, VOIP, VMware, MS Server/Workstation)
  • Administers servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, switches, phones, company mobile phones, BYOD smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
  • Supports LAN/WAN by working with vendors to configure and manage switches and access points.
  • Designs, scripts, administers, and troubleshoots MS 365.
  • Provides network monitoring, security scanning, and remediation.
  • Initiates, monitors, and tests back-ups of all systems.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and/or 2+ years as a systems administrator
  • MCSA, MCSE, VCA Certification, preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years relevant work experience in system administration or equivalent
  • Ability to use and understand the functionality of various IT programs and protocols, including but not limited to:
    • NAS/SAN
    • Office 365
    • VOIP configuration
    • VMware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting hypervisor and operating systems
    • Windows Server 2008 and above (DHCP, DNS, Print Management, AD, GPO)
    • Remote  Management Software
    • Back-up Management (Veeam)
    • Network device configuration and troubleshooting (Endpoints, switches, wireless access points)
  • Preferred:
    • 3+ years systems administration experience
    • 3+ years VMware configuration and support experience
    • Veeam Backup solutions experience
    • Mitel VOIP support experience
    • Kaseya (RMM) experience
