We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and ready to serve our community. This role will be based in Laurium, with regular travel to all UGL clinic locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage safety, security, and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Ensure facilities meet OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Provide leadership to facilities staff, including performance evaluations and training.
• Contribute to budgeting, asset management, and capital improvement planning.
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report (MVR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with OSHA compliance in healthcare or similar settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with building maintenance and project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
