Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Women's Health Practice Manager to provide daily administrative and operational oversight of the OB/GYN clinic. The Women's Health Practice Manager is accountable for overseeing the clinical and financial operations for Women's Health Services and serves as a liaison between the physicians, providers, staff, and the executive leadership team of UGLFH. Integrates operational, financial and clinical management to optimize organization effectiveness, planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the clinical care, achievement of budgeted objectives and development and achievement of financial, staffing and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include general practice management, practice optimization, as well as improving efficiency. The Practice Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with physicians, providers and staff to ensure smooth operations. This position assists in the strategic planning and evaluation of the operational performance of the practice, quality of care and delivery, as well as competitiveness with other health care providers. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with other UGLFH leadership ensuring clinic goals and objectives are met on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. About Us
