Summary:

Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking an On-Call Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Pediatrics in Hancock, Michigan.  Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:

  • Candidate Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Job Qualifications:
 
  • State of Michigan NP or PA licensure
  • Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner OR current speciality certification as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Two years of inpatient pediatric APP experience
  • Registered with current DEA certificate
  • AHA-Approved BLS and PALS
