Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Geriatrics or Internal Medicine) in Houghton, Michigan.  Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:

• Candidate Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with two or more years of experience in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine
