Your Role:
You will have the opportunity to conduct diagnostic evaluations and offer individual and group therapy sessions. You'll employ therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other methods tailored to your patients' needs. Specializing in conditions like PTSD and substance use disorder, you'll create and implement personalized treatment plans. You'll provide counseling services to both adults and children, in person and via telehealth platforms.
Your Commitment:
By your fourth month of employment, you will be expected to maintain a schedule of 40 patients per week (460 quarterly, 1840 annually). We regularly review patient care volumes to ensure you are supported in meeting these goals.Our Environment:
